F/28/5'4" [265 > 233 = 32lbs lost] Hello all! I'm back for my 3 month post. Which just so happens to fall on my birthday! Getting healthier is the greatest gift I could give myself. I've got 2 more birthdays to hit my goal of 180 or less by the time I turn 30, and I think I've got it in the bag!

F/25/5'7'' [84kg > 64kg = 20kg (44 lbs)] People liked my face gains post so here is my full body before and after. Now I'm focusing on gaining muscle and getting stronger.
