Day One under my belt!


I'm feeling good after just having finished my last meal until noon tomorrow. I quit weight watchers a few weeks ago after feeling uninspired and on a long plateau that was caused mainly by a lack of dedication. I come from a long background of emotional eating and had a small personal victory today when I opted out of eating during a stressful day at work!
