IF as a lifestyle.

I started IF because I wanted a healthier lifestyle and was having health issues I read it could help with. I was obviously happy to find I started losing weight... Which, well, my body actually needed to become healthier. Honestly when I started, I did not expect weight loss really so it was great. Thing is, most places I go it is IF as a diet. I left a group recently where they described IF as "being TDEE less 20%" which made me uncomfortable in all honesty as that was what all newcomers were advised and, I really didn't think that was a one size fits all approach.Don't get me wrong, love this sub and love to read peoples weight loss stories as well as share my own.Thing is, I would also love somewhere either here or facebook to hang out where IF is talked about mostly as a lifestyle.
