Question about what will break a fast


I’ve been doing keto for about two months and I’m about to start doing intermittent fasting on Monday, I’ve been taking probiotics daily on an empty stomach but recently learned that anything you put into your body can start up the enzymes in the gut... I’m just wondering if anyone has some input as far as if probiotics will break the fast, should I be taking them a half hour before I eat or in the morning 5 hours before I plan to eat.
