I feel so bad for people who don’t know...:


Was on xxfitness and there was a thread where people were talking about fasting, and all these people write “Ugh I just get shaky and lightheaded and have to immediately drink soda or have Gatorade” And “Oh I have no energy and I get low blood sugar and have to eat” “I need to have sprite whenever I feel sick from It eating”.... Etc etc etc I just feel bad that people don’t realize that their bodies just need time to adjust and detox from Carbs and sugar all the time.
