I realized about 2 months in that I was accidentally doing intermittent fasting due to my work schedule. Down 15 pounds!


It started because I felt like shit when I'd grab a burger on the way home at 8 or 9 in the evening. I just cut that meal out all together, so my IF is usually, breakfast then late "lunch/dinner" in a 6-8 hour window with an average fast of 16-18 hours, but on my "work early then day off days" I routinely go 24 hours with nothing but a cup of coffee and water.
