Is IFing for me?


I have classes from 8:00 to 19:00 Sunday and Tuesday, monday is 8:00-15:00 and no classes Wednesday Thursday Friday and Saturday. I don't eat during classes so twice a week I fast for about 11 hours should I try any form of IF?I'm 19 ,1.70(5'6) and weigh about 70kg (155 lbs) I'd like to be in the low 60s (132lbs).
