Questions on Obesity and intermittent fasting Cycles


I've currently been on keto for a few months and drop from 367 to 327. I then Incorporated intermittent fasting as of a few days ago and am now at 322 though I'm sure a lot of that is just my intestines emptying from my previous regular diet.I'm confused about whether or not the most effective weight loss method would be to stay on my current schedule of 23 + 1 intermittent fasting until I'm at my goal weight.Is cycling a necessary part of intermittent fasting or can I just make this my lifestyle?
