Who all here still does pretty rigorous Workouts while doing IF?


Just want some more insight from others who workout hard while doing IF. I workout hard and im noticing RIDICULOUS results quickly....Im just a tad worried its not healthy. I plan my meals around my workouts. I only eat between 1PM and 7PM, doing cardio at Noon till 1, then do my main workout at around 5. If im planning a hard cardio workout, ill eat a carb loaded last meal before fast, and if im working out my muscle groups heavy, ill eat a protien loaded meal to break the fast.
