Working out and IF timing - newbie question


New to IF (primary goal - weight loss) and trying to figure out the best schedule for me... I work out at 5am 3-5 days/week and then 7am Sa/Su (a total of 5-6 workouts/week). Work schedule is 8-4ish M-F. I'd like to do 18:6 for 6 days, and maybe one 24 hour fast once per week.I have been trying to hold off my first meal until Noon, but with working out at 5am, I'm starving in the morning. Thinking of switching to earlier feeding hours, starting at more like 9am or 10am. Or is it best to feed right after a workout?And then trying to fit in a 24 hour fast - should I do this on a week day? And maybe on a day when I don't work out?
