21 years old and I’m trying to lose a fair amount of weight, I’m doing well but I am sick of salads. I run every day and I currently eat chicken, rice, broccoli, salad, egg whites, yogurt and granola. Anything good recipes to spice up my diet more? Help me have more energy? What’s good to eat before and after a run as well?
