(picture) 3 months results of IF


hey ! i am very happy to post this picture. i have been skinny fat my whole life and exactly 3 months ago i decided to change that. i did IF 16/8 for 1 month, IF 17/7 the second month and IF 16/8 the third month with some body weight fitness exercices. I lost about 10 kilos. For the moment I simply stay real high on protein as I keep doing progress on my body weight exercices so I may look skinny but right now I am still building muscle.
