Hey guys!

I’ve never really gotten into healthy eating, but I figured I’d give it a shot. I’m a little overweight (189cm/101kg/25yrs), but I’m hoping I’d get to the 80-90 kg frame. I downloaded an app called ’Lose It!’ and worked out a diet plan with it (it recommends 2180 calories per day and shares that between breakfast, dinner etc).

Thing is, I’m not much of a cook either, so which foods would you recommend as something easy to buy/cook for, for example 545 calorie lunch, or a 763 calorie dinner?
