First week of OMAD completed


No pictures, but I’m down 7 pounds in the first week. Mostly water and clearing out the excess. (201-194)I used to skip breakfast, and now I also skip lunch. I’m using my evening meal to enjoy my passion of food!I’m just smoking some short ribs, which will be done in 6 hours in time for my meal.
