Need help from a newbie


Hi, I am new to all of this and looking to get through my weight loss plateau. I am currently 205 and I workout 5-6 days a week (running and strongman stamina training). I want to lose fat but not muscle. How do I go about trying IF and what do you eat once your fasting is complete?
