Set yourself up to make good decisions


I’m real hungry today. It’s only 10am and I’m doing OMAD around 7pm. I like to go do my work in the cafeteria because the nice AC, workspace, and it’s just busy enough to help my concentration.BUT if I go there I know I’m gonna want the chinese food.
