And this would sometimes happen when I eat other people's food that they made themselves. I know compare to others I tend to also be very low sodium low oil. I steam most of my food together with my rice when I make food. Example. I went to a noodle joint I used to frequent before with a friend. Proceed to absolutely shit myself when I got home. Other healthy friends have also reported similar things happen if they eat say taco Bell or something fast food. I guess I'm just asking to see if anyone has any tips about this or am I just doomed to eat alone by myself forever.
