Starting my first 24 hr fast today. Wish me luck!


I’ve been doing IF on and off for a couple months. I definitely feel it helps when I feel myself getting off track in my diet and exercise regime. I’ve accidentally done a couple 24 hour periods with no food or little food but this time it’ll be intentional. Unfortunately I’ll be around a bunch of amazing food haha but I’ll also have plenty of water and tea. Wish me luck!! I’m 5’4” and 155lbs, female.
