Two small insulin spikes vs one bigger insulin spike. Is one better than the other?

Apologies if this seems really obvious, but i can't see which would be better/least bad.If I do 16/8, as I do now, i will eat two small meals. As a result, each meal will require an insulin 'reaction' depending on what I eat. The meals would be about 6 hours apart.Alternatively, if I follow 23/1, I'd start eating one much larger meal, which would necessitate a much larger 'insulin reaction'.In terms of fat deposits, over the long term, all other things being equal, is there any real difference between the two options? I'm not sure if my question is even clear, but thanks in advance for any thoughts or feedback! :) via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/2n4rDtX https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
