Actually, I'm just working my way up from 16:8 to 18:6, and eventually 20:4. But seriously, why the hate for the odd numbers? Maybe 19:5 will be the magic number for me?I lost most of my weight through CICO, but have been maintaining and slowly getting to my final goal weight through keto and IF for the last 4 months. I'm trying to shrink my eating window to get off this plateau that I'm on. 16 hours is a breeze for me now, but some days I struggle when I try to go up to 18-20 hours.
