6mo- 59lbs down and 31” lost!


6 Month Mark (3/14-9/29)!! Don’t mind the “play” buttons on the pictures ๐Ÿ˜‚ I take videos at every month mark talking to myself and documenting my progress. I’m down 59lbs total and over 31inches... I’ve worked out for 2 months consistently now and LOVE it (which I never thought I would be the kind of person who would and it’s still catching me off guard that I look forward to working out and sometimes even get sad on my off days haha). The number dropping on the scale has slowed down since I started working out, but I’m loosing inches really quickly and my body composition is changing- so the scale doesn’t really matter๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸผI do Keto with carb cycling on one to two days a week (I bump my net carbs up to 30-40ish instead of below 20) and I do IF every day with either OMAD or 20/4. via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/2N8GAtk https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
