Sludge


Don't think I've seen this in here before. It's one of my favorite snacks. It's super modifiable and can be made as healthy, or unhealthy as you want. It's a super easy way to get in some extra calories if you need.In a bowl mix a serving or two of protein powder, around a teaspoon (more if you want,) of peanut butter or other nut butter, a dash of salt, and, if you want, a teaspoon or two of dark chocolate baking powder (it's super low calorie). Then, toss in a splash of milk, almond milk, coconut milk, whatever you please. Mix and mix until you have a nice pleasant pudding texture or thicker, and add more of the liquid you chose earlier to get the consistency as you want.Mix it well.
