No progress??


Hi everyone. I’ve been doing 16:8 for about a week and a half now. I know it hasn’t been long, but I keep seeing posts from people saying they’ve lost like 5 pounds in a week or whatever and yet my weight hasn’t budged. I haven’t really made any changes in my diet, but I have started working out almost every day. I feel like I’m doing IF wrong, does anyone have any advice?
