Starting journey to lose 42 pounds.


I started fasting today. I will be eating once a day around 8PM and also I will be exercising at the gym maximum 5 days a week, minimum 3 days a week.Once I lose 42 lbs, I will add fruit breakfast in the morning.I will update this post to keep track of my progress.9/30/18: 192lbs via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/2zGFLAo https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
