Anything wrong with 18:6?


I am just starting IF and I think the easiest way for me to jump in is to cut breakfast in the morning. So I am on day one and I started my fast at 6:00 pm last night. My plan was to wait until noon today to have lunch and break my fast. I am realizing now that this is a but longer of a fast than the normal 16:8.I have been drinking water, tea, and coffee which is pretty normal for me anyway, to stave off hunger.
