Weekly Fasting Average was 20:22!!!!!


I'm into my third week of fasting (first day was 10/15/18) and I am so proud that I got my goal of at least 20hrs/day!!! Well, I'm short a few minutes on a couple of days but I went over also! I never imagined the help that 20:4 IF would give me in controlling my disordered eating, cravings, overeating, cheating on CICO, ETC!!! Some days I even go OMAD and I haven't felt better in a LONG time. I am noticing my clothes fitting looser which is amazing. I'm excited to see what the scale says after 1 full month. I stay between a 500-1000 calorie deficit of my TDEE daily. I have progress pictures but I am not going to post until full month. Exciting stuff and I am so grateful to this community!!! Now excuse me while I go home and have some thin crust pizza and halloween candy for dinner tonight with the hubby!!
