IF but still eat the same foods


Hi I’m reading a lot of posts where folks are combining IF and also reducing carbs etc.Is IF effective by itself? Like just 16/8 and eating like you normally would but only in that time frame.I’m vehemently against things like cutting carbs, sugars, etc.I would rather exercise more and reduce the amount of time I spend eating as well as eating healthier things but I don’t want to drop carbs completely.Does this make sense to do if I’m not going to give up carbs?Thank you. via /r/intermittentfasting http://bit.ly/2RovPoT https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
