I’m just not hungry anymore


Before IF I could tear through food, the carbier the better, and was constantly hungry. After 3 weeks of tracking 16 hour fasts, I don’t even need the app anymore because I don’t have cravings, and don’t get around to eating til later. My appetite is just gone unless it’s simple like fruits and veggies. Sweets are too sweet. Meat makes me lethargic.
