Lost 30+ lbs since August, thanks to OMAD


I don't even do it very well, I mainly use the IF idea to keep from 'snacking' my way to 5k+ calories daily. I started OMAD around August 15th, and while I don't know precisely how much I've lost right now, last time I weighed myself, it was around 28lbs, and I have definitely lost more since then.
