Does intermittent fasting lose effectiveness overtime?


I've been intermittent fasting for over a year at this point. I don't really see the effects that it's supposed to have anymore. (16/8 method)Does your body just naturally adjust to the schedule and your metabolism returns to normal after doing it for a while?
