3 month update! (29M, SW 235, CW 189.8, GW 180) 18:6 with workouts 6 days a week and CICO

M/33/5’7” [261 > 217 = 44lbs] 1 year and 8 months. C25k and weightlifting. Still a long way to go, but I’m loving the journey!

Just a little more than one month of IF (16:8). SW: 96 KG (211,5 lbs.) CW: 88,5 KG (195 lbs.) GW: 75 KG (165 lbs.) Weighing less than 200 lbs. for the first time in 4 years! I almost always eat fresh & healthy, no snacks, solely drink water and I have a job that involves a lot of physical activity.

M/35/5’10 [268 > 198 = 70] (8 mo) Went on Zoloft, went Vegan, learned about push/pull method for strength training. Wanna get down to 140, but the fact that I’m no longer morbidly obese is a victory.

Before / After intermittent fasting w/ more activity (Rock Climbing, light lifting)

Today I got some skinny jeans that are size 34. A month ago I was 38 and I’ve got room to spare. I feel so accomplished in my weight loss journey and I’m so thankful for all the support my family and friends have given me. I’ll be down to 32 in no time and my GW is in sight 💖🙏
