I started IF on Jan 5. SW 155 CW 144 @ 5’3” try to stay low carb, walking 3-4 miles a day. Core training starts Monday! Alternate 16:8, 18:6, and 20:4 based on how I feel. My goal weight is 120. My “muffin top” is almost gone! Thanks everyone for keeping me motivated! 💪
