I absolutely LOVE tortilla chips. My recent favorite is the Late July brand or Chipotles chips. I eat them alone or with salsa, and I had to start making my own salsa to avoid all the sodium. But what do I do about the chips? I can sit down with a bag and happily eat the whole thing, but it’s starting to be very unhealthy. Are there any brands or recipes for a lower carb/calorie/sodium/etc chip you suggest? Thanks in advance!
