IF and the circadian rhythm, it's not working as it used to.


When I first did IF I was able to wake up pretty early in the morning without even snoozing, what helped is my stomach was gurgling in the morning so I had to wake up. It only took me 6-7 hours of sleep. I don't quiet remember however the timing of eating and fasting.I stopped IF for a while now, and now I wake up late, snooze and takes me 9 hours of sleep. I tried IF again and my circadian rhythm isn't working as before.What I'm doing is 16:8, I eat at 1:00 PM till 8:00 PM. Could it be because daylight is gone by 5 PM ?
