F/22/5'5" [176-187lbs> 123lbs = 53-64lbs] (9 months) This is the only before picture I have. I was bigger when I decide to take care of my health. If i have to guess i would say i start my journey around 80-85 kg. I was terrified of scales and I hated taking pics. Feeling healthy and confident now.
