Hey guys, about six months ago I quit drinking soda and energy drinks, due to constant migraines. I’m a very active 21yo M, and work unpredictable short or long stressful hours on film sets.

I’m trying to push out unhealthy foods too, but I can’t seem to stay awake anymore. I get tired and sleep, and then wake 10hrs later.

What can I do eating/drinking wise to get energy quickly? My coworkers are caffeine addicts but I’m afraid of the headaches. (I’m already prone to them without caffeine)
