8 weeks of IF with a 5 hour eating window, roughly 2000 calories per day and some exercise and here’s where I’m at.


Starting weight of 395 lbs 8 weeks ago. As of this morning I’ve lost 52 lbs! I know it’s not going to be this easy indefinitely but I’m thrilled with my start!
