So, I grew up waaaaaay below the poverty line. We did not eat fresh foods, and ate mostly junk. Everything was fried. NOTHING was fresh. Now, as a kid? I was thin thanks to my metabolism. As an adult? Now 24? My metabolism is not great anymore and Im overweight. Long story short, a huge key to changing that is eating healthy!

Bigggg problem though- most fresh veggies and most fresh fruits are literally unappealing to me. I kid you not, I didnt try fresh spinach, for example until I was an adult. How can I start liking healthy foods? And stop being so picky? Like salads and such make me gag! Any advice?
