Should I stop fasting


20F , 168cm , 58kgI have been doing 18:6 , sometimes 19:5 for about 2 weeks now. I’ve noticed that when I get up in the morning, my eyes go black (low iron?) And it takes like 1 minute for it to get back to normal and I can see. I took my blood pressure after dinner was 83 64 which is pretty low too, it never use to be that low. I am getting extremely tired so much more earlier around 6pm, and my mind just shuts off around this time and the only place I wanna be is my bed lol I eat usually 2 meals a day and maybe one snack. If I had to guess it would be around 1500-1600cals. I never had these symptoms before I started fasting, and I don’t know if I should change to prevent anything bad from happening.
