I ate a frozen meal that included Bok Choy, after cooking the meal nothing smelled off or rancid. It was bought within date, and consumed instantly after cooking properly.

For the past 4 days I have noticed a hint of the taste of Bok Choy, smelled the Bok Choy, and when using the restroom a very pungent smell of Bok Choy. I eat some foods and it tastes like it. What is the reason?
