The first thing I want to say is PLEASE don't tell me to grow up. Not only is this theoretical, but that's not what I'm asking for.

I'm the kind of person who gags when I try to eat vegetables. I don't know why this is, but suffice it to say they're not my favorite. Is there a way to eat healthy without eating vegetables? I know there are a lot of nutrients you get from them, but are there any other ways to get those nutrients from fruit (we can count tomato as a veggie in this case) or something else like beans? Please do actually consider this for a bit, and thanks if you actually answer! I can clarify anything I forgot.
