Will daily consumption of soy sauce negatively affect me in any way? I'm male 28+, 180cms, 96kgs, restarted lifting 5 months ago. I mix soy sauce in my fried rice for taste, it contains mixed freshly cut vegetables, scrambled eggs and boneless chicken breast diced. I want to lose fat and either keep lean muscle mass or gain it. I follow a high protein diet, I take a few supplements like creatine, whey, omega 3, d3 and zma. I also lift 6 days a week and walk 1 hour daily post dinner.

I heard soy will cause estrogen increase and I don't want that.
