Hi there,

I’ve been trying to up my protein intake to help me build lean muscle and lose weight. I’ve been wanting to increase the protein I eat at breakfast so I am more satisfied until lunch. I’m a vegetarian and I don’t eat eggs (hard boiled, scrambled, etc). Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!
