Hi I am trying to figure out some recipes for myself to gain more protein after an intense workout. I do HEMA swordfighting & some days have to wear heavy mediaeval armour for performance. I am an 80kg male. I would like to gain more muscle mass. I don't do this often so like twice a week. Therefore if people have any recommendations for the recipe I can make. It would be appreciated.
