Small losses feel like big gains. (No pic yet) SW 188, CW 183.5 after 12 days, GW 165


I know it’s not much yet, but losing 4.5 pounds feels like a really big deal to me right now. I started fasting (16:8) and taking daily walks, and to be able to see this progress after such a short time is really motivating. I’m focusing on that 165 for now, but that’s still just inside normal range for my height.
