Hey guys so I’ve been trying to eat healthier since I am getting older and want to keep myself healthy. The only problem is that I can have the will to cook very simple meals about 3x a week. The rest of the week I make simple things such as turkey sandwiches or bean burritos. I see other people make such appetizing foods but it’s hard for me since I don’t really know how to cook since I just started. I’ve tried recipes online but some weren’t good. I have also read that it’s good to add your own touch but I don’t have one lol.
