Day 20. Food cravings are gone.


Hello all. I started my Intermittent Fasting 20 days ago (my third attempt) and so far it's been the longest I've lasted.My cravings for food has gone and I'm so excited and wanted to share. I look at pictures of delicious food that only days ago made my mouth water. Now nothing. If someone were to offer me a slice of cake, I'd pass it up. I can now happily eat a healthy meal I once found too boring to even entertain, and oily, salty take-away no longer has an appeal. In fact, I bought a burger yesterday and I remember staring at it and thought, "I can't be bothered with this. Wish I got a salad."How long did it take you guys to reach this stage? I feel like I've achieved a life long goal of having a healthy self-concept with food and it only took 20 days.
