I have lost almost ten pounds now and am on the verge of reaching my goal weight…


But I don’t really look significantly less fat, really at all.I don’t care too much but it is making me feel somewhat confused. Like, what is being lost? I can see that my man boobs look slightly less big but they’re still there. I might have less belly fat but it’s not very noticeable.I started this thing 2 weeks ago btw. Is it maybe something to do with my genes or something?I’m still going to continue to do IF, my goal was 165 pounds from 175. I’m at 166.2 as of this morning.
