partner drinks 1-2 energy drinks (monster, alani, etc) every day. this is not good for their health in the long-run. what can i do to help wing them off? are there caffeine alternatives, placebo effect to trick them into thinking they are drinking caffeine, tricks to ween them off?

edit: in the title, it is suppose to say “ween”, but “wing”
