started like 3 weeks ago 23:1


So i am doing 16:8 since 4 years but not disciplined enough in diet. But thank god i haven't gained any weight in that time. I always wanted to lose weight and was so pissed of that i started some weeks ago 23:1. It's very exhausting in combination with the gym, but. I'm very ambitious when I set my mind to something. I have lost 20kg 2014-15. But since then i had surgerys etc. I gained that weight back unfortunately, but you guys motivated me to go further.
